Please note, we require a $100 deposit to secure an injectable appointment at the clinic, which will be applied directly to your treatment.

We do our very best to remain extremely flexible with our schedule, therefore, if you need to cancel please call us within 24 hours of your appointment to find another time that works for you.

Failure to show up for your appointment without 24 hours notice will forfeit this deposit.
